Highmark Flouting Settlement In Antitrust Row, UPMC Says

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center pushed a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday to enforce Highmark Inc.'s agreement to dismiss — following the close of an affiliation deal with West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc. — antitrust claims lodged by West Penn against UPMC.
