Feds Hit Pa. Parking Authority With Worker Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice launched suit in Pennsylvania federal court Thursday alleging Reading, Pa.’s parking authority discriminated against employees by subjecting them to national origin-based harassment, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
