Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Iowa Supreme Court this week is re-examining a complaint from a woman who was fired for being an "irresistible employee" to her boss after withdrawing its unanimous opinion that her dismissal did not constitute sexual discrimination.
