Fla. Legislature Escapes County's Gun Law Challenge

Law360, Miami (June 28, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court affirmed Thursday that both houses of the state Legislature are not proper defendants in a challenge by Palm Beach County's commissioners to the state's gun law, saying the law did not confer enforcement responsibilities on them.
