Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development administrative law judge's suit claiming his supervisor discriminated against him and assigned cases based on political considerations involves working conditions that are not covered by the Administrative Procedure Act, the D.C. Circuit ruled Friday.
