Rockies Express Gouged Shell, BP On Pipeline, FERC Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (June 28, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge Friday ruled that Rockies Express Pipeline LLC implemented unreasonable tariff rates over the past two years on a section of its Rockies Express pipeline system, ordering at least $22 million in refunds to shippers, including Shell Oil Co., BP Energy Co. and others.
