EPA Asks Supreme Court To Settle Water Transfer Rule Fight

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 1:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday to weigh in on its efforts to force the Eleventh Circuit to rule on Clean Water Act water transfer permitting exemptions, saying the appeals court's refusal to do so creates troubling regulatory ambiguity.
