Law360, Houston (July 1, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge indicted on charges of abusing his office by retaliating against attorneys practicing in his court asked a state appeals court Thursday to throw out a civil suit aimed at removing him from office, arguing it lacks merit.
