EPA Sends New Plant Carbon Rule to White House

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 4:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency confirmed Monday that it has sent revised greenhouse gas emissions standards for new power plants to the White House for review, less than a week after President Obama unveiled his ambitious plan to combat carbon pollution.
