Gas Station Seller Owes $1.5M For Contract Breach: Judge

Law360, Wilmington (July 1, 2013, 9:31 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery judge ruled Monday that the former owner of a gas station chain that allegedly made false statements about its environmental record is off the hook on fraud claims but must pay $1.5 million for breach of contract to the company that bought the business in 2007.
