Ala. High Court Says PCB Pollution Was 1 Occurrence

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The Alabama Supreme Court on Friday sided with Southern Natural Gas Co. on a slew of coverage issues in its fight with Certain Underwriters of Lloyd's, London over insurance for environmental cleanups and tort suits, holding in part that the pollution at issue stemmed from a single occurrence.
