ATP Oil Unit Can't Dodge Discharge Concealment Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Monday refused to let a subsidiary of bankrupt ATP Oil & Gas Corp. off the hook in the government’s suit seeking up to $55 million for the alleged concealment of oil discharge into the Gulf of Mexico.
