Law360, New York (January 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Mississippi court rejected a summary judgment bid from a company that transports Medicaid patients to doctors' offices, ruling that Regency Transportation Inc. hadn't put forth enough evidence to back up its argument that the plaintiffs, who are suing for unpaid overtime, fell within the “motor carrier” exemption to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
