DOE Releases Criteria For $8B Fossil Fuel Loan Program

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy on Tuesday proposed a list of advanced fossil fuel development programs that could be eligible for more than $8 billion in loan guarantees, focusing on energy efficiency, carbon capture and other strategies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
