Pa. Diocese Atty Says Feds Won't Turn Over ACA Info

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 10:53 PM EDT) -- The Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh’s attorney at Jones Day launched a suit Monday in Pennsylvania federal court alleging government agencies have stonewalled his Freedom of Information Act requests for records related to the Affordable Care Act's mandate requiring employer health plans to cover contraception, sterilization and abortion.
