China Worries Improve Prospects Of Trade Secrets Bill

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 8:28 PM EDT) -- A new bill in Congress to allow companies to file civil suits in federal court when their trade secrets are stolen would provide important new protections for trade secrets and is likely to garner wide support amid growing concern about Chinese economic espionage, attorneys say.
