13 AGs Push EPA To Finalize Emissions, Fuel Standards

Law360, Chicago (July 2, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- Thirteen state attorneys general urged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's acting administrator on Tuesday to go through with the agency's proposed emission standards for fuel and new passenger cars and trucks, saying the stricter standards would boost public health and carry major economic benefits.
