Nursing Home RNs Cannot Unionize, 6th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A divided Sixth Circuit panel vacated a National Labor Relations Board decision Tuesday that ordered a nursing home operator to bargain with a union representing registered nurses at a Tennessee facility, holding that the nurses were supervisors and thus not permitted to unionize.
