Stay Lifted On 2nd Suit In Pa. Judicial Age Limit Fight

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday lifted a stay he had imposed on a suit brought by several state judges challenging Pennsylvania's mandatory judicial retirement age, moving ahead with proceedings two weeks after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court unanimously upheld the mandate in related suits.
