Microsoft, PC Makers Escape Patent Claims In Windows Row

Law360, Los Angeles (July 2, 2013, 10:58 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. and several tech companies scored a victory Tuesday in their battle over power savings and management patents held by St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. when a Delaware federal judge ruled that some of St. Clair's claims against the companies were time-barred.
