11 States Wrongly Restrict Medicaid Home Care, Report Says

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Eleven states continue to restrict eligibility for services to only homebound individuals under a Medicaid mandatory home health benefit despite warnings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that such restrictions violate federal regulations, a government watchdog said Tuesday.
