Fla. Creek Dumping Plan Should Be Axed, ALJ Says

Law360, New York (July 8, 2013, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A Florida administrative law judge on Wednesday said the state Department of Environmental Protection shouldn't allow a state environmental agency to fill a creek that's been altered by brush clearing with millions of pounds of sand because the project won't restore its natural conditions.
