NLRB Erred In MCA Bargaining Decision: Court

Law360, New York (January 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has held that the National Labor Relations Board incorrectly found that Mail Contractors of America violated its duty to bargain with a union when it unilaterally changed a relay point on one of its trucking routes following an impasse in negotiations.
