9th Circ. Reverses Costco's Win Against Liquor Board

Law360 (January 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a blow to Costco Wholesale Corp., a federal appellate court has affirmed in part and reversed in part a district court decision that found Washington state’s pricing and distribution regulations for beer and wine violated the Sherman Act.
