Coast Guard, DHS Concealed Wind Project Docs, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A nonprofit environmental protection group filed a suit in Washington federal court Monday accusing the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security of violating the Freedom of Information Act by concealing navigational safety information related to the approval of the controversial $2.5 billion Cape Wind offshore wind farm.
