GE, Enel Ink $260M Deal To Fuel Kan. Wind Power Project

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 12:26 PM EDT) -- A joint venture made up of a General Electric Co. affiliate and an Enel Green Power SpA unit has inked a deal with a JPMorgan syndicate for $260 million to get a Kansas wind power project up and running, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Enel Green Power North America Development and GE Capital's EFS Buffalo Dunes have signed off on a capital contribution agreement with the group, and plan to ink a tax equity agreement with the syndicate when the funds are contributed later this year,...
