Energy Execs Push For Deadline On FERC Pipeline Approvals

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- Energy executives urged a House panel Tuesday to advance a bill that would give the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a 12-month hard deadline to decide on interstate pipeline applications, while some Democrat lawmakers cautioned it could push regulators to skimp on required environmental reviews.
