Enviros Tell FERC $3.4B LNG Export Project Needs More Study

Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday to order a full-scale environmental review of Dominion Resources Inc.'s $3.4 billion liquefied natural gas facility expansion, citing new data that predicts a strong hurricane season this summer and fall.
