FTC Names Acting Head Of Economics Bureau

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission announced that a long-time staffer and nationally recognized scholar will serve as acting director of the agency's bureau of economics following Thursday's departure of Howard Shelanski, who moves to a top post at the Office of Management and Budget.
