11th Circ. Rejects Attys' Fees Bids From Former Lancer Execs

Law360, New York (July 9, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday rejected bids by two former Lancer Management Group LLC executives to collect on more than $600,000 in attorneys’ fees, saying they waited too long to file their claims following Lancer’s receivership amid a federal securities fraud investigation.
