Interior Blasts Pipeline Route For $7.5B Jordan Cove Project

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 12:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior recently urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to alter the pipeline portion of Jordan Cove Energy Project LP's $7.5 billion liquefied natural gas export project in Oregon to protect a nearby natural landmark.
