Law360, New York (July 10, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Medical device firms on Monday latched onto comprehensive tax reform as perhaps their best shot at scrapping an Affordable Care Act tax on their sales, hoping to tuck the controversial issue into a broader package that could disguise or offset the nearly $30 billion cost of repeal.
