Insurer Dodges Counterclaim In TCPA Coverage Row

Law360, Chicago (July 11, 2013, 1:51 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday dismissed St. Louis Heart Center Inc.'s counterclaim that Evanston Insurance Co. must cover Harris Medical Associations LLC in an underlying junk fax class action, saying St. Louis Heart failed to show it was a party to or beneficiary of Evanston's policy and thus lacked standing.
