Feds Push Alternate Route For $3B Southwest Power Line

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Federal regulators at the U.S. Bureau of Land Management have recommended that a unit of The Anschutz Corp. reroute portions of its proposed $3 billion transmission line, which will traverse several southwestern states to carry wind energy from Wyoming, according to a recently released environmental report.
