Schnucks Didn't Break Law With Data Breach, Mo. AG Says

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The Missouri attorney general has cleared Schnucks Inc. of wrongdoing in connection with a recent data breach that compromised 2.4 million customers' financial information, his office said Thursday, calling the supermarket chain a “victim” rather than a lawbreaker.
