India To Review Buy-Local Trade Rule Amid US Protest

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 5:15 PM EDT) -- India said this week that it will review trade policy that provides preferential treatment to domestically manufactured electronics, following protest from U.S. lawmakers and industry leaders who have complained that the measures unfairly discriminate against American exports.
