Fla. Water Agency Asks High Court To Hear EPA Rule Fight

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The South Florida Water Management District has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on whether circuit courts can rule on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rules regarding a Clean Water Act pollutant discharge system, saying the Eleventh Circuit's recent refusal creates ambiguity.
