Fraudster Ordered To Pay $137M Over Investment Scheme

Law360, New York (July 11, 2013, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal court Thursday ordered a United Kingdom citizen to forfeit $137 million for his part in an investment fraud and money laundering scheme in which worthless stock in hijacked dormant, publicly traded companies in the United States was sold to victim-investors.
