Vinson & Elkins Closing Shanghai Office To Service Beijing Biz

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Vinson & Elkins LLP will shutter its Shanghai office and consolidate its China practice into its Beijing and Hong Kong offices, saying Friday that the decision will help the firm better service its energy clients based in Beijing.
