Canadian High Court To Review Watchdog's Merger Powers

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- Canada's highest court agreed Thursday to review the Competition Bureau's challenge to CCS Corp.'s acquisition of a hazardous waste disposal rival, in a case that tests the limits of the antitrust watchdog's ability to fight mergers.
