Online Posts Expose EPA To More Heated Litigation

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 4:44 PM EDT) -- Caving to Republican pressure, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency this week agreed to post online notices of its intent to sue and petitions for rulemaking, material that attorneys say will make it easier for groups eager to shape government policy to craft lawsuits and interject themselves into pending litigation.
