Testing Flaw May Affect Some Intuitive Devices, FDA Says

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- Robotic surgical device maker Intuitive Surgical Inc. may have failed to test some of its da Vinci robotic surgical system equipment according to acceptable factory testing standards, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Thursday.
