Hospitals Back Medicaid DSH Cut Rule, But Urge Delay

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The American Hospital Association on Thursday said the Obama administration's proposed rule for implementing the Affordable Care Act’s reductions in Medicaid payments to disproportionate share hospitals will not discourage Medicaid expansion, but it backed a two-year delay in any cuts.
