Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 1:44 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday determined it has no authority to review a West Virginia district court’s decision to remand to state court a consolidated lawsuit brought by 18 families against Pfizer Inc. and others over claims that the antidepressant Zoloft causes birth defects.
