Fed. Agencies Want Cape Wind Project Approval Upheld

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 1:52 PM EDT) -- Several federal agencies on Friday urged a Washington federal court to end the claims of two groups of plaintiffs in a consolidated suit over the controversial Cape Wind wind farm project in Massachusetts, saying they had complied with all relevant laws in approving the project.
