Michelin, Others Face $5M CERCLA Cleanup Suit

Law360, Chicago (July 15, 2013, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A group of companies, including Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. and The Sherwin Williams Co., sued Michelin North America Inc., Kohler Co. and other entities in Ohio federal court Friday, alleging they should cover $5 million in environmental response costs at a former solvent reclamation site.
