UK Watchdog Still Open To Oil Probe After Fuel Price Study

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A British competition watchdog on Monday said it had failed to uncover manipulation of the U.K. retail fuel market during a recent study, but is still weighing a potential criminal investigation into oil and biofuel markets in the wake of a recently launched European Commission probe.
