Leahy Wants NIH To Make Myriad License Out Patents

Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., urged the National Institutes of Health on Friday to use an obscure statutory procedure to force Myriad Genetics Inc. to license out its patents on man-made DNA, which were upheld as valid by the U.S. Supreme Court last month.
