Australia Sues Japan Ball Bearing Co. Over Alleged Cartel

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Australia's competition watchdog said Monday it has lodged a civil case against JTEKT Corp.'s Koyo Australia Pty. Ltd., saying the company has admitted to taking part in a cartel that increased prices of bearings used in automobiles and machinery.
