Waste Oil Co. Will Pay $19M After Copping To TSCA Breach

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 2:19 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina waste oil company pled guilty to Toxic Substances Control Act violations and tax evasion in federal court Monday, and agreed to pay two companies $19 million in restitution related to its handling of polychlorinated biphenyl-contaminated oil.
